Shipping & Delivery

We deliver batteries and power-backup products to customers across Egypt. This page explains how long delivery takes and what to check when your order arrives.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 5 days of order confirmation. We will contact you to confirm your address and delivery details before dispatch, so please make sure the phone number you enter at checkout is correct and reachable.

Shipping charges

Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. There are no hidden fees added afterwards.

When your order arrives

Batteries are heavy and must be handled with care. When you receive your order, please:

• Check that the packaging is intact and the item matches your order (brand, model and capacity).
• Report any visible damage or a wrong item to us right away, ideally the same day, with a photo.
• Keep the original packaging until you have confirmed the product works as expected.
